My Story

Caitlin began her career in residential property management in Portland, Oregon, during the 2008 housing market crash—a pivotal time that reinforced the importance of viewing real estate as both an investment and a business. She brought the expertise and strategies of a large metropolitan rental market to Alaska, where she deepened her industry knowledge as the Regional Leasing and Sales Director for Weidner Apartment Homes before serving as Community Director for two of their largest properties in Anchorage.

Recognizing another shift in the residential market in 2020, Caitlin expanded her expertise by taking on the role of General Manager for Vacasa Vacation Rentals in Anchorage and Girdwood. Managing over 100 vacation rentals and leading a team of 20 full-time staff, she witnessed firsthand the growing demand for vacation rentals as a long-term investment strategy. This experience solidified her belief that understanding every facet of residential investments—from long-term leasing to short-term rentals—allows her to provide clients with flexibility, strong returns, and long-term stability.

Caitlin holds a degree in Geography and Anthropology from the University of Oregon, with a specialization in Geographic Information Science (GIS) technology.

Now based in Anchorage, Caitlin enjoys exploring the outdoors, gardening, and practicing yoga with her family and their beloved pets. A passionate foodie, she and her husband travel across Alaska, the U.S., and internationally, seeking out new flavors and culinary experiences. Whether it’s pho or paella, Caitlin believes that food—like real estate—has the power to bring people together, create lasting memories, and provide security.
